What should I wear?

After booking, you can send wardrobe ideas for feedback. Solid colors, layers, accessories, and clothing that complements the environment generally photograph well.

Do I need modeling experience?

Not at all. Professional posing and creative direction are included with every session.

Can I bring multiple outfits?

Yes. The City Session is recommended when you want an outfit change or greater visual variety. Outfit changes count toward the scheduled session time.

Can we use multiple locations?

The Street Session includes one primary location. The City Session may include up to two nearby locations or visual setups when distance and travel time allow.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes, you may bring someone for support. If they will also be photographed, mention this before booking so we can confirm that the selected package is appropriate.

When will I receive my photos?

Standard delivery is approximately 3–7 business days following your session. Priority rush delivery may be added when available.

Will I receive every photo taken?

You’ll receive the strongest usable photographs selected from your session and included within your package’s estimated image range. Test shots, duplicates, missed-focus frames, blinking images, and unfinished photographs are not delivered.

Booking, payment, and scheduling

Full payment is collected through Shopify checkout. After the order is confirmed, 5 Estrella Studios will contact you to select an available date and finalize your location and concept. Purchasing a package does not reserve a specific date until that date is confirmed in writing.

30-day booking window

Your session must be scheduled and completed within 30 calendar days of booking unless another arrangement is approved in writing. All dates remain subject to availability.

Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for non-weather-related rescheduling. One reschedule may be transferred to a new available date when proper notice is provided. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to availability and may involve an additional fee.

Cancellations and no-shows

Contact us as soon as possible if plans change. Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed under the store’s applicable policies. Failure to attend or arriving too late to reasonably complete the session may require a new booking.

Weather

Outdoor sessions affected by unsafe or unsuitable weather may be moved to a new available date without losing the value of the purchased session. Weather decisions will be made as close to the session time as reasonably possible.

Late arrivals

Session time begins at the scheduled appointment time. Late arrival reduces the remaining shooting time and does not extend the session. Additional time is subject to availability and may require an additional fee.

Locations and travel

Locations requiring parking, admission, permits, reservations, or access fees may require additional payment. Travel between locations counts toward the scheduled session time. Locations outside the standard service area may require a travel fee.

Image count and selection

Image quantities are estimates and may vary based on the session, conditions, and number of usable photographs created. 5 Estrella Studios selects the strongest final photographs. Delivered images receive professional editing and retouching consistent with the studio’s visual style.

Turnaround and rush delivery

Standard delivery is approximately 3–7 business days following the completed session. Priority delivery begins at $75 and is subject to availability, session size, and project requirements. Rush service must be confirmed before payment.

Props, equipment, and RAW files

Basic professional lighting is included. Specialty equipment, props, elaborate setups, assistants, and additional production requirements must be approved in advance and may involve an additional fee. RAW files, unedited photographs, project files, and rejected images are not included.
